Hands on Course with Jean-Christophe Novelli Fish and seafood is such an important natural resource but yet for an island surrounded by sea and such an abundance of fresh water, sustainable fish is one of those items that is not used enough, mainly due to lack of knowledge and inspiration on how to prepare tasty healthy dishes. During this day, Jean-Christophe will try to show you techniques and tips to persuade you and give you confidence to cook this wonderful ingredient more often.
